The Master Of Camouflage
Until I recently spent two weeks at the nest site of Nightjars I had forgotten how camouflaged they were. This weeks female is only the third that I have spent time with and I enjoyed every minute of the experience. Such is their rarity you never know when another will come along! Alongside filmmaking, Gordon has earned recognition in still photography competitions with the BBC, RSPB, Scottish Wildlife, and the Scottish Ornithologists’ Club — using his trusted Pentax equipment. One of his proudest achievements was seeing ten minutes of his work broadcast by Granada Television — a milestone in a lifetime dedicated to wildlife storytelling.
